The last few days were used to learn the importance and different types of lighting techniques used in content making. We learned and saw the way the Rembrandt lighting is used in photography and today was for videography.
To practice this technique, my group members and I headed to the schools basement to create a clip focused on meaning and lip-syncing. As we had already chosen one of Olivia Rodigo's songs as our final one, we decided not the venture far and chose Driver's License as our practice song.
Above is our final result with intentions of adding a fade to black transition after the first verse. This activity was very insightful as we got the hang of using lighting prop and its adjustments.
Above here is the behind video. This is how we set the area up so that we would be able to take the best shots easily and efficiently.
